Photographs of the private collection, studio sets and event coverage shot by Batman Garage are the copyright of Batman Garage. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed or used in advertising, print, video or AI training datasets without a written licence.

Short editorial quotation is permitted: a single image may be reproduced in an article or social post when it is unaltered, credited to Batman Garage and accompanied by a visible link back to the page it appeared on.

Third-Party Press and Manufacturer Images

Many vehicle images published on this site come from manufacturer press material, auction houses, film studios or specialist builders and are used for editorial illustration under the terms of the supplying press office. Copyright in those images remains with the original rights holder, who is named in the caption of each image.

Batman Garage cannot license third-party press images onward. If you need to use one of them, contact the rights holder named in the caption directly.

Free Wallpapers

Wallpapers offered in the downloads section are free for personal, non-commercial use as a background on your own devices. Redistribution, resale, bundling into wallpaper apps, NFT minting and commercial reuse are not permitted. The full wallpaper terms are listed in the license section of the downloads page.

How to Request a Licence

To licence a Batman Garage image for a commercial project, print run, client work, exhibition or broadcast, write to tiqoss@tiqoss.com and include:

  • the page URL and the file name of the image
  • the intended use, medium and territory
  • the print run or expected audience size
  • the publication date and the duration of use

Requests are usually answered within a few working days. Pricing depends on the medium, exclusivity and duration of use. You may also use the contact page.

Attribution and Takedown

Image credits are shown in the caption below each image. If you are a rights holder and believe an image has been credited incorrectly or published without permission, write to tiqoss@tiqoss.com with the page URL and the file name; the image will be corrected or removed promptly.
